The solution is composed of a web-based application hosted securely on Microsoft Azure, offering scalability, data protection, and seamless integration with client systems.

The web application serves as the central command hub—enabling administrators to manage shipment logs, monitor deliveries, generate reports, set access roles, and maintain complete operational oversight in real time. The interface is intuitive and customizable, allowing clients to adapt it to their specific organizational workflows. Complementing the web platform is our dedicated Mobile Application, available for both Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (Apple App Store). Designed for on-the-ground mailroom staff, the app allows for quick scanning of QR/barcodes, real-time proof of delivery capture, geolocation tracking, and electronic acknowledgements at the recipient’s desk.
